The products are fantastic, quality and every bit value for my money. The flour is highly nutritious, I noticed the goodness within just a month of using it as my child's weight is up and I feel generally healthier. It is pretty filling as well. I would recommend it for school-age kids for breakfast, those who are trying to detox and live healthily, and the elderly/ invalids who have appetite issues. Big up Mosoro Afya- way to go!
After being diagnosed with HB after having my baby, I started researching how to lower It naturally. Someone prescribed hibiscus tea.
